Sky max hub.

Has anyone else had the issue with sky max hub in regards to not getting the 'success' message on the app once it's all set up?   I'm still not sure if it's all finished setting up haha. Says it takes 20 mins but it's been whole day. Internet seems to be working fine but I can't seem to get in to change the WiFi password.
