I recently scheduled a home move for the 17th of March, my internet at my current property was disconnected by mistake on the 18th of Feb leaving us without internet for a whole month, after ringing sky i was told i would have to set up all new internet but this will take 7 days to activate, if i already have all the equipment and line in place and was connected less the 24 hours ago, why can this not be reconnected quicker ?
