I have just received my Sky Max WiFi router. I understood that I would receive pods with it but there are none in the box. Also, I have not received a return label for my current router

If you have a printer then you can print this yourself to return via Royal Mail as this link will help you to do it:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Sky does not ship any Max pods with the Max Hub. A pod is claimable retrospectively under the terms of the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is included on the broadband account.
