Hi, recently lots of websites won't work using devices connected to the WiFi. Seems really random. For example BBC weather fine but Strava not.
Affects all devices in the household
Please help!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried rebooting your broadband hub, when you are not using the internet try leaving it off for 10 minutes before powering it back up then giving it a few minutes to finish loading up before trying again to access these websites.

We have switched the hub off and on but I'm not sure that's a reboot!?
Have you a link for how to do a reboot?
All websites and apps work when connected to a VPN but not when not connected.
