Just signed up for Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1, do I get a new router for this?
I've been awaiting, for what I assumed I would get, a new router so that I can return previous equipment. I've not been able to find out one way or another and now I'm getting charged for the loaned equipment.

Ultrafast 1 can be provided via g.fast or fttp. So if you already have the sr203 or 204 broadband hubs then you have the latest hub

Sky would replace a Q Hub. If you have a 203 already, they send an ethernet cable 'conversion kit' to connect an ONT for FTTP. The 204 has a G.fast modem.
