Hi
Recently we've been having issues. The wifi randomly does not work on any of our phones or devices. We often have to fully restart all of our sky equipment to get out TV upstairs on multi room to reconnect and be usable again.
This issue is non existant on my hard wired pc
Any advice welcome

Hi, I've wasted my time trying the chat for them to say they cant access the account. I then sat on hold for 11 minutes before putting the phone down and giving up. Can you request me a call back.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky dont do callbacks and 11mins on hold is nothing if you called at peak time. Most ISPs are this bad, I waited 35mins for BT to answer the phone the other week when I was sorting a family members account out. You'll need to stay on hold on the phone.
