I can not use my broadband very well, it's not providing minimum speed
My broadband doesn't work well, it's not providing minimum speed. I'm testing, resetting my wifi in every 30 minutes, I don't want to use Sky broadband anymore. You should test and solve this problem.

@Eraycan you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.
You can run the service checker in the My Sky app which runs a daily test of connection speed to your hub which is what is guaranteed, if the speed is lower than the guaranteed speed then the app should offer further help. If you click on the broadband link it will show the results for the last few weeks and the guuarantee for your line.
However if the speed to your hub is normal then the issue is likely to be the WiFi signal in your homecwhich isnt covered by thecspeed guarantee as it depends on the layout and type of construction in your home. Poor wifi is probably the modt common issue people post about in the forum. Assuming you hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like furniture etc the only real solution is an upgrade perhaps getting a booster or similar.
