Since I changed to Sky Broadband I cannot connect to Tune in on any apps TV and google Hub

Since I changed to Skybroadband Ireland from Eir broadband I cannot connect to Tunin stations on MY TV app or on the google hub ... "hey google play RTE radio 1" answer streaming RTE radio One from Tunw In - Beep beep   'this station is not available in your country'...

 

Whats the issue ? anyone ?

@Bobski3 we have seen a number of dimilar reports which are caused by the way apps work out where you are from the IP address Sky have given your connection. I can see your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session hopefully to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
