Sky broadband
Does anyone else's broadband go off every day for a couple of minutes? Can't make a complaint or log issue as can't get inline at the time, even if switch to mobile data!

Re: Sky broadband
@Natalie126 an odd brief loss of conectivity in the early hours is quite normal especially if your service is partial fibre.. No ISP will ever guarantee 24/7 connectivity.
However most lines should stay connected during the day but the odd loss if connection while annoyingly is unlikely to be treated as a fault by Openreach whose network is usually whst causes these issues. The automatic systems that manage the connection should stabilise the line so they only manually check lines when drops hit double figures per day.
If you want to report the issue to Sky you have call them if their servicecchecker is not picking up a fault but it is unlikely they can do anything more unfortunately.
