Internet keeps disconnecting

Several times today my internet keeps disconnecting. I have done all the tests that sky have told me to and it's says there is no issues yet my light for internet continues to flash orange and not work, nothing I have tired to solve this issue is working

@Kyleallen this is not an uncommon issue on partial fibre connections. 

 

Line drops are not treated by Openreach as a fault that requires an engineer until they exceed 10 per day. This is due to the automatic systems in the cabinet should be working to stabilise the line it is only when they cant without dropping speeds below the guaranteed speed that an engineer's check can often be ordered.  This can be very frustrating but Sky cannot force Openreach to act.

 

Even if the line can be checked its not uncommon these days to be told by Sky that Openreach wont do anything to improve the line as they are very reluctant to spend money on the copper network which is due to be replaced by full fibre. Unfortunately this is most common on longer lines where full fibre can be years away.
