WiFi keeps dropping/ loosing signal

We've recently moved into a new property and are WiFi hasn't been the best, we keep dropping/ loosing signal and not getting good signal, especially down stairs. Yesterday we had a sky engineer out to set up our tv and he suggested contacting you to request an ONT move as the current one is in an upstairs bedroom, he suggested moving it down stairs and he said to let you know the room it would need to go in is only a short distance from the open reach box on the outside of the property.

@Louisa84 you are not talking to Sky byposting in the forum. There is likely to be a charge to move the ONT so you will have to call Sky to arrange that as the online chat facility cannot take payment.
