Internet Speed low in Certain Rooms

Firstly, the speed being provided is great in most rooms. I've followed the advice of Sky in regards to placement of the router etc, however in rooms, particularly upstairs in my house, the speed regularly drops to below 10mbps when the minimum expected speed for what I pay for should be 100mbps. Today it reached a low of 2mbps.

Is there a way of getting wifi boosters through Sky? Thanks,

Dan

That's speed from the internet to the Hub, not over WiFi from the Hub to client devices.

If you subscribe to 'Broadband Boost' then additional hardware can potentially be loaned to you.

@DanMc93

The minimum 100mbps quoted speed is for a device connected via ethernet, not WiFi.

The minimum speed for WiFi is 3mbps if you have broadband boost, even then Sky can only try and solve that using boosters and sometimes it doesnt work.
