Can someone explain what happens next?

If you havent already got fibre coming into your home & an Openreach ONT installed on the wall then an engineer will attend your property to bring this Fibre cable in and install an ONT ready for you to connect the Sky hub.

The fibre install may take more than one engineer visit if there is problems getting the cable through a duct or across from the pole.
