What device are you using to check speeds and are you using wifi or ethernet .

Could you run an ethernet test using fast.com or nperf.com with nothing downloading on other devices

@chanman how are you measuring speeds? Unless you have the new Wifi Max hub wifi will top out around 600Mb/s close to the hub but will be lowerfurther away. If using ethernet a gigabit connection should deliver around 900Mb/s but use a device with a Fast Ethernet port you will only get 91Mb/s give or take.

In addition to @Chrisee comment if you are using an ethernet device on a windows pc/laptop follow the instructions below to see what the ethernet card is set to and to see if you can change it to gigabit

to check what speed your card is currently set to :-

Go to the icon of the taskbar
Locate the icon Internet
Press on network and internet settings
Click on Ethernet
Click change adapter options
Double click on Ethernet. There, you get the speed, it can be 100 mbps or 1Gbps. If it is the second, we do not have to do anything, but if it is the first we have to configure the card

Then If you have a windows pc you can change the card settings as below

In the window where the speed was indicated, you have to click on properties
Check that the option Microsoft network clients is marked, if not, do it
Click on set up
We go to Advanced Options
Search Speed & Duplex
Change the value to 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex
Accept
