new customer broadband won’t connect and no dial tone on landline with sky glass

i have just tried to activate my new sky glass, tv is trying to set up but saying no internet connection, i have followed everything step by step and still no connection and no dial tone on landline

Has your broadband activation date actually arrived?  Glass is the television set hardware, not the Sky Broadband service, and is typically delivered well before broadband goes live.
