Connected but internet says im not

I'm connected, I can browse the Internet, the sky service says there's nothing wrong with my WiFi, but the browser im using and my phone settings say 'connected but no internet'

@BanksyBird & @Emma382 try powering downyour hub for an hour and then reconnecting as it sounds like an issue with the connection at Sky's end which nedds resetting.

Ah I thought this fixed it but when I left home then came back and reconnected it says the same thing

My tablet works just fine which is odd

I don't know if this is helpful in your case, but I had terrible internet all day, especially on Sky TV channels. I tried resetting everything but nothing helped. Then I went on to the Service Checker in the link below, went through the steps, which ended with the web service saying it connected to my router and "changed some settings", and after that it looks to be back to normal.
