We have the same today. All lights green. Service desk were no help, nearly 2 hrs on the phone. Any suggestions anyone ?

This is a customer helps customer forum so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks for the replies. We've had all green lights the last two days and run several tests and still not working. Finally Skyrim's us today that it will be another 48hrs before it's fixed, apparently some thing called syncing issues.....whatever that means

2 weeks later and still no broadband working. I've had to restructure my working hours, childminding etc because I can't work from home - sky have not been helpful and they said they'll contact when it's fixed! A joke!!!!
