Hello all,
I moved my broadband from "Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1" to "Sky Full Fibre 300" and "Sky WiFi Max" a couple of days ago..
With the new white hub, I get error "Your hub's WiFi is switched off".
The diagnostics takes me to link "https://www.sky.com/productsettings/bb-and-talk/advanced-security/disable-wifi" but I get message "Whoops, there's been an error".
Also, the Sky Q box cannot be connected using the WPS option; instead I connected it using 3rd party router option with password.
How to resolve this issue?

After talking to Sky Support Team over the phone, the issue was resolved when I re-checked the next morning.
