Sky fiber 500 how long to get my full speed

i had my sky fiber 500 installed yesterday and im consistantly getting speed at max 260mbs, the sky website is reporting my speed at 480mbs but i cannot achive these speeds on any of my devices do you have to wait like normal BB for your speed to stabilize or should it work straight away at the advertised speeds? at first i thought it was my wifi but testing the speeds on that im getting a very stable 450mbs i even tried on a wired pc that is directly connected via eithernet to the router and still getting around 260mbs?

Hi @Manic2006 

It should be pretty instant, but only over ethernet, the speed over WiFi can vary constantly.

Can you post a screenshot of your wired speedtest?

It seems the ethernet has stablized now as im getting the full 500mbs its only the wifi thats still running slow

What speed do you see over WiFi then? It will likely never get as high as your ethernet speed

Currently 90mbs but iv seen it as high as 260mbs but never much higher
