My WiFi seems slow

Past few weeks my WiFi has seemed to have slowed down

@MraJackson first thing to discover if yhe issue is the WiFi signal in your home or the Broadband speed to your hub which is causing the issue. Run the service checker innthe My Sky app as that should tell you. Sky run a dailybcheck on connection speed that shows innthe checker if you click on the link beside the kast test results it will show the last few week's results and the guaranteedcspeed for your line. If speeds are below that thecapp should offer more help .

 

Issues with homecwifibspeeds are more tricky but increased interference may causexa slow down which can simetimes be helped bybrebooting the hub but innthecdnd you msy need more equipment which means spending money.
