Can you tell me what's happening with my connection problem. I have been without for 5 days now

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@stacey060797 have you reported the fault to Sky? If you have and they have arranged to get an engineer out therecshould be something in the My Orders section of the My Sky app. If however its a fault affecting your area it is very difficult to getva good prediction of the time to a fix as the enginerrs will sort things as fast as they can.
