He's broadband is superfast and it says sky hub delivery coming soon, but it say sky engineer completed

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Evans8284 And the activation was supposed to be today? Is the phone line working. Can you check that Sky have the line by dialing 17070 and you should get a greeting saying welcome to Sky followed by the phone number of the line.

Yes it was supposed to be activated today but he hasn't received sky hub and when you check on his orders it says sky hub delivery coming soon
