why is my broadband bill £39-50 but it is shown as £27-00 on your website?

i have called to lower this but you can't. i have been with sky for around 25 years but you are not willing to give me the same price as a new customer

@jmck93  Your're not talking to Sky we are all customers so you won't have spoken to anyone here, Sky are not obliged to offer new customer discounts to existing customers.

 

I dare say when you were a new customer you would have been provided new customer discounts.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's because you're not a new customer.  The answer is to move to another provider where you are a new customer.
