I am building an extension on my property where my Sky is connected.
I will have to move out of my property at the end of February until September at the earliest.
Therefore , I would like to request a holiday from our monthly subscription as we will not be using Sky TV during this period

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA holiday request can only be made against devices that you have signed a credit agreement against so either Sky Mobile, Sky Live or Sky Glass and then the holiday payment itself is for 3 months, thus extending the contract length by 3 months.
If you do have Sky Live or Sky Glass then you need to call Sky about this as per this:

If you do not and you are not in a minimum term of a contract then you options are limited to either continuing as you are now or giving Sky the required 31 days notice to cancel and this will mean returning your equipment and the starting again later in the year.
