I have two accounts relating to two addresses. One was opened about a year after the 1st. When I login, I can get only the later account.
when I phoned Customer Support I was told to logout. I still only get the newer account.
The problem may be that I gave the same password to both accounts but different login name/email address.
It seems to have linked both name and email address.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf this other account has a different ID (the username part) then you should be able to use that and the password that goes with it as your two account shouldn't be linked.

Thank you for your reply.
The problem is that when I give my user name as either of two names, one of which is my email address, the other a 'name', I always get the later account.
I have tried to change these user names on the later account in the hope that it would separate them but can't do this.

I've the same issue. I recently renewed both subscriptions and since then my Sky Go will only work for one address. I know it's for one address because I have a different channel package at each address. I can now use two emails and two different passwords to login to the same account account on Sky Go. Trying to explain this to people at Sky is pretty impossible. I've spent four hours on the phone this week alone. Eventually after a software update and an app refresh on the sky Q box they agreed for an engineers call out. It's as if the two accounts have been linked. They are also claiming my email is wrong. We've only ever had 2 emails in this household. I thoroughly despair trying to deal with this company these days. The process of going through layers of different Indians before reaching any conclusion is putting me off being a customer in the future.
