My parents are moving home from House A to House B. At House A they have had multiple different Sky ID's using different email addresses over a number of years, but currently have an active but out of contract Sky Q subscription.
What is the easiest and most cost efficient of doing the following:
I've tried placing new orders or switching them from Sky Q to Glass, but i hit brick walls due to the multiple account issues.
