I had a late payment to which I had my phone restricted. This has been paid, but I still have no service

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

edit: needing it for work makes no difference to the process I'm afraid.

You can try calling Sky but you'll have to workaround the automated system... Try calling 150
