I've spent the last hour wading through My Sky trying to find the end date for my TV subscriptions. Can anyone tell me where to look please?
Thanks.

Thanks for replying. I yhink I expressed myself badly. What I'm looking for is the date my 18 month subscriptions are due for renewal, so that I know when I can call to change them. Thanks.

There is no end date or renewal. They just roll. What does have an end date is your 18 month discount/lockin.
And guess whose interest it is not in to make clear to you when that is?

But if there is a minunum period this should show on any particular package that it applies to (usually Signature but others as well)

Hmm. Ok. I am out of that lockin and have been for years so don't get anything like that. I just see the components of my bill. I defer to others on this one then 😁

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-contract-start
It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself. Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre/contracts
Or login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv or
https://www.sky.com/hub/tv
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk
Or you could login to your online billing and locate your first bill, just add the length of your contract on to this - 12/18 months and you will get an idea of when your mininum term is up.
You can access your online billing here:
