I took out a month's subscription on hayu through my sky account and was charged by hayu and sky.i was told a week ago by sky my refund was on its way but haven't come through yet I think I had a trainee who wasn't clued up so now have to go through everything again does my head in
It might do you head in but if you are awaiting a refund then chasing Sky up is all you can do.
