I'd suggest trying another browser or perhaps clearing your temp internet files and cookies from the broswer and try again. Also make sure you don't have any VPNs connected and they will have an affect on parts of the Sky website.
If that doesn't solve the problem then you will need to call Sky to order.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
