Hi,
I'm trying to change my account email due to this being a email I no longer have access to, however when I do this I keep getting an error appear on screen.
Can someone help so that I can update my account email address as I'm currently not receiving any emails from Sky.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
