I have not asked for nor do I want Sky Cinema in my package. Please cancel with immediate effect

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at

otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

I have spoken to your help centre as shown, to cancel Sky Cinema and they confirmed that it would be cancelled so why am I being billed ?

Most likely reason is you were still in the notice period of 31 days. Remember that bills are generated 14 days before your payment date.
