I was given a free trial of sky cinema when I had an engineer in to fix an issue recently.
I got a text to click on either sign up for the year, or to cancel.
The click to cancel option doesn't work. Simply says 'oops, this link seems to have disappeared'.
No such disappearing act with the signing up click option!
I WANT OUT.
I haven't watched 1 movie, and I won't.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@EndaConway You will need to call them to cancel the trial, however as you need to give 31 days notice it's likely you'll be charged for a period if the trial has or is ending shortly.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Did you manage to activate it by signing up to it as you haven't said if you did ?
