Unnecessarily charged

Why did they charge me this month. I have already given notice

Billsare generated 14 days before a payment date. As you have to give 14 days notice to leave Broadband billing continues in the notice period. Any overpayment is then reimbursed.

Timing is critical.  But as we're other customers here we cannot see your account...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
