Hi my services has been restricted I've paid most of it I'm paying the rest on the 7th next week can you switch my services back on until then please

Once restricted services are only restored upon full payment.

@Shaunie101 Sky won't unrestrict your service on the promise of a payment, as noted already you'll need to pay the outstanding balance in full and setup a new direct debit.

@Shaunie101 Sky may have reinstated your service after a part payment once but its unilkely they will do that again, your only option is to try and find a way of calling to ask if they are willing to do so again just don't be surprised if they say no.

@Shaunie101 Just because you have had it restored before doesn't mean it work again
the information provided is correct and standard policy that applies to all customers regardless of circumstances
fyi your only speaking to fellow customers not sky support
now your services are restricted sky support won't speak to you until you have followed the advice given
