I'm being double charged

I can see my January bill due to be on 01/01/25.. but your charging me twice.. I have paid October, November and December yet my next bill is for double? Your claiming I'm behind by 1 payment when I'm not

We are customers here but we might be able to help.

 

You say you are being double charged, are you making manual payments, if not what is showing on this bill. If it helps feel free to post an image of this bill (and Decembers) and if you do make sure your personal details like account numbers are blanked out.
