For the past 6 months sky has been charging me £60 for my broadband as my contract with them finished but now today I've went overdrawn because sky have now charged me £70! Yes £70 I'm a person with an unseen disability and health conditions I can't work due to high anxiety so I'm on benefits I don't get paid until Thursday but despite that I think this is an utter disgrace so I'm paying the bill and then I'm going on to uswitch and changing providers possibly to Vodafone charging anyone that price is just daylight robbery!! Be ashamed of yourselves sky your ridiculous money grabbers

Once discounts end you will be charged full rates unless you do one of 2 things, calls Sky to negotiate a new deal or transfer to a cheaper provided.
PS you're not talikng to Sky Customer service via the community.

You could have spoken to Sky six months ago to see if you could negotiate a new discount deal, or if not, to switch to another provider.

However, it's not clear where the extra £10 come from. Could it be a late payment charge?

When I was on contract with them I paid £25 and then the contract ended and they started charging me £70 and broadband at that price is a joke

You've ripped yourself off, then, I'm afraid.
Sky tell how long your discount lasts. It's incumbent on you to do something about it when it expires - either by seeking a further discount from Sky, or by switching to another provider. All providers operate in the same way.

I don't think there's any Sky broadband product which has a list price of £70: it suggests internet plus either Boost Boost or WiFi Max add-ons at full price plus an Sky Talk Extra inclusive calls bundle (so something like £46 + £10 + £14)
Other ISPs will charge similar amounts for out of minimum term broadband, enhanced WiFi and unlimited calls: headlined new customer rates are typically broadband only and for a time-limited period before reverting to the 'normal' price.
