I'm trying to get sky wifi max and it says that there's a broadband admin fee of £10 per month and then under that it says savings is £9.95 could someone please help explain all this admin fee please for wifi max.

I checked the deal again and the admin fee is saying monthly

Directly through Sky or from another source? Sky definitely doesn't charge a monthly admin fee: that's a one-off thing on a contract change, and frequently not charged at all.
Note that the full list price for the WiFi Max service is £10 per month, although it's typically heavily discounted.
