If there is an admin fee then usually it is a one off fee and not payable each month. The saving would be based on what you are paying at present I would presume ?

Directly through Sky or from another source?  Sky definitely doesn't charge a monthly admin fee: that's a one-off thing on a contract change, and frequently not charged at all.

Note that the full list price for the WiFi Max service is £10 per month, although it's typically heavily discounted.

Call again - or make a complaint- they'll be able to listen back to the original call to confirm exactly what was said.

Re: Sky broadband admin fee

i wouldnt mind but it was the complaints number i had actually called, its annoying that i have to make like over 30 calls just to settle a complaint!
