I would like to access my bill for my accunt dating back to 2018 & 2019 but they are not listed.
Help?

I have attempted to obtain my mobile statement online can read the screen , but when you attempt to download nothing happens. Why do we have Sky support - when they don't support.

I have contacted Sky by Telephone - I have not had a personal conversation ,
I can only obtain the automated system, so now I have written to Sky Support, if there is any ?

I have been calling Sky Support regularly since Tuesday 30th January 2024.
Can only obtain the automated service ,does no-one answer the telephone anymore, so now I have written to Sky.

When you call, try saying nothing when you're asked why you're calling. Just wait and you should eventually be asked if you want to speak to an adviser.
