I recently spoke to an advisor re my package and after his help was told that I would not be charged the 10 admin fee  but lo and behold I have. !!!

Perhaps check your future bills and see if the charges have been credited back. If not call Sky again. They should be able to listen back on your original call to hear what was agreed.
