I have just had an email welcoming me to sky tv and asking me to activate sky stream. In my sky app the order tracking says activation due for sky live. I haven't ordered anything and am concerned I've been hacked? I am unable to view future bills to see if any products or subscriptions have been added.

Just to add I have been a sky customer for over a year. I haven't ordered any new products
