Admin fee to much

I recently activated sky via online and I paid 3 admin fees and I am waiting on them refunding as they says they would in 24 hours I done this on Friday? Any ideas

They might not refund then but what they might do is apply a credit to your account so have you checked here to see if the credit has been applied:

If it hasn't you will need to call them about this.
