I have cancelled my sky disney + recently I have contacted Disney + but found my account has been charged £4.99 again I wish to get this refunded

You have to give notice to cancel. It's quite possible your bill was generated within this period? (Bills are generated 14 days before billing date)

Not sure why you're contacting Disney if you paid via Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
