Change from sky q to sky stream

I've recently changed from Q to stream 

is there like a 30 day notice or something? 
I haven't had the use of sky Q since December 19th where I moved into a house with no satellite dish

earliest an engineer could come was 13th jan they didn't turn up so I decided to just cancel and change to stream (because of issues sky caused) but they won't refund me for the full bill I paid in January

@Rachel486 There is a notice period and if only decided to switch until after13th January Sky would charge you. However as the delay was due to the issue with your move you could complain and they might refund the payment for goodwill.
