hi, ive been making additional payments on my mobile phone bill to have extra credit (hoping to just pay it off quicker) and this morning i have a message to say it has been refunded? the money is not in my account is there any way this

sorry i didnt realise i hadnt finished my sentence. Is there any way i could have this added back to my account as credit and not refunded?

If you are making these payments to get credit added to your Sky account then it isn't going to see the mobile paid off any quicker as the bill will still be taken each month but this credit will instead be used.
If you want to make payments against the device itself then it isn't going best if you call Sky.
Anything refunded to you can not be readded to your account.
