Set up new contract for my elderly mum which i was told included Netflix, even got email confirming. Netflix still charging me separately so phoned Sky to sort. To be told it isnt included now. 2nd complaint in 2 months. Customer service shocking, especially a customer of over 25 years.

That will happen until the Netflix credentials for that account are used to sign into the Netflix app on Sky Q, Glass or Stream.
