Netflix not included

Set up new contract for my elderly mum which i was told included Netflix,  even got email confirming.  Netflix still charging me separately so phoned Sky to sort.  To be told it isnt included now.   2nd complaint in 2 months.  Customer service shocking,  especially a customer of over 25 years.

What TV package does your mum have, if it is Sky Signature then Netflix is not included in this but is if she has the Ultimate TV pack then she should have access to Netflix.

That will happen until the Netflix credentials for that account are used to sign into the Netflix app on Sky Q, Glass or Stream.
