can anyone please help me resolve the red button issue with match choice on Sky Tennis? The wife always watches this way without issues. She was watching it this morning but this afternoon it just stopped working.
any suggestions please?

Red button/court choice not working for me for the last two days either. I get a 'Technical fault - please try later' message.
Two one hour calls to Sky, who tried everything they could think of, hasn't resolved the issue. They told me there had been no other reports of a similar problem, but seems like it might not be just me that has this issue!

The red button on the Tennis channel does not work so only able to see one match. It says technical issue try again later. Well after three days it's a joke

...and just in the last few minutes, the red button/court choice has started working again.
The cynic in me suspects someone at Sky has just noticed a problem at their end! 😉

Red button not working on sky tennis now 2 days come up with erroe i have rebooted it yesterday and today and sky q box isnt very old

Nice to know I wasted more than two hours of my time on the two calls to Sky. During both calls I asked "are you sure the problem isn't your end?"
It doesn't really surprise me though as we seem to live in an era where nobody ever bothers to check anything (other than making sure they are ticking boxes in their SOPs)
