No signal TV

my television has not added signal for the past three weeks but we have been watching using our apps know the television is telling us that we must upgrade our subscription so we can't get nothing at all

Is this message happening on all the stations, regardless of sd or hd? So for example on sky q on 106 and 806 for sky showcase?

 

If every station is saying to update, then maybe check if you haven't accidentally missed a payment?
