Manchester coop ticket

IMG_7343.png

Hi I'm trying to get access to the tickets available on the Manchester coop venue but whenever I try I am not able to select an event or number of tickets. Is this a common problem ?

@Sunil+70 Coop VIP lounge are exclusive to diamond customers currently. From the FAQ on the app:

Different to other lounges, the Sky VIP lounge at Co-op Live includes tickets to the arena show as part of the lounge experience. To win tickets to the lounge, customers are required to enter a ballot for their show of choice. Please note this reward is exclusive for Diamond Sky VIP customers. Our other Sky VIP lounges are available to all Sky customers and are booked on a first come first serve basis once you have secured your ticket to the show.

Diamond is for 15+ years so you should be eligible but you described yourself as platinum. Assuming that you didn't stop-start Sky then it may be worth trying to contact Sky about why.

I suspect that's why you can't select the number though, your account isn't marked as Diamond so not eligible perhaps.

Re: Manchester coop ticket

In fact when I go into my login it describes me as platinum 22 years plus and also says that I am eligible. I have contacted support as you suggested Andrew. Cheers
