I cannot remember pin number for Sky Crime

I cannot access Sky Crime because I cannot remember my Pin number

You haven't said which TV platform you have. 

With Sky Q, unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. You can find your viewing card number in Home > Settings > System info.
